standard 1 to 6... UPSR... form 1 to 3... PMR... form 4 to 5... SPM... form 6... STPM...
this is what society looks at school...
exams and grades... class and studies...
oblivious to the real meaning and and role it carries...
school means much more than juz shaping the young generation to be a successful person equipped with confidence, bursting with confidence and . . . .
thats it??? well, thats NOT it...
school means so much more than that... the key components to every single school...
students and teachers...
students spend approximately 11 years studying juz to prepare for 3 major exams...doesn't it seems too long?? well, its not...
personally, i think the time allocated fits perfectly for a student to create a bond among each other and with the teachers...
a bond that is so strong that it could last a lifetime...
i have had wonderful friends that i dun think will forget...
teachers that i will respect till i reach my golden age...
this is the true meaning of school... not merely about paper qualifications...
it is the friendship and sense of respect that exist over time...
a lot of the students in my school they say school sucks, i hate school and so on and so forth...
well, they are making a huge mistake...
we won't appreciate what we have until we lost it...
a good friend of mine told me that we have to appreciate what we have because we don't know what will happen later on in life... all we can do is hope...
for me, i start to miss the school even now, months before i leave school...
i think that i have wasted my time in high school... playing, goofing around, and hating the school admin rather than listening, seeing, and appreciating the school's pros...
always said to everyone we must think positive but the irony is i think negatively of the school... everyone does...
regardless of that, i have had my share of pride towards the school... accomplishment that no school had ever achieved... that is something... haha...
well... i learned few vital lessons while schooling and they are:
*school is great
*but not the admin... lol
*friendship tied can last a life time...
*do not take things for granted
*simple things matters the most
*people say all the time but rarely applies to themselves
*and they dun realise it
*exams and certs are important
*but experience are more significant
well... that's it...
this is a personal view... not saying that i'm right and everyone else is wrong or vice versa...
